"Excellent helpful customer service"
Excellent helpful customer service from Frasier in the UK. I had a number of questions about their RainPass Elite 2.1 jacket, and he was very helpful with prompt replies, and then prompt delivery. Excellent quality jacket. I can see why it gets such high reviews.

Just taken delivery of elite2.1 jacket, haven’t used in anger yet but first impressions looks fantastic. But this review is about more than the product, the entire customer journey is superb. Response times very fast, helpful, cheery.placed order midday Friday, product was delivered following morning accompanied by a pro active follow up email with all the instructions and info needed for cleaning, returning etc.
This is the standard others should aspire.

"Purchased women's elite 2.1"
Purchased women's elite 2.1 . Large. Fitted perfectly 5'7" , 65kg .
Customer service response time was incredibly fast , even on a Sunday.
Used coat for 3 hours of torrential rain over the last week, temperatures as high as 14 degrees c . I was dry, and so was the inside of the coat. Best cycling jacket ever. Super pleased.
